Nishu’s physiotherapy practices are evidence-based clinical intervention and takes a holistic approach to the recovery. He’s known for his thorough assessment, patient education about the condition and prognosis; and utilizes multidisciplinary approach and hands-on manual therapy skills to manage acute and chronic pain, complex musculoskeletal conditions and neurological symptoms/limitations.
With an extensive clinical experience Nishu’s keen interest is in geriatrics; acute and chronic orthopedic conditions- pre and post operative physiotherapy management (including but not limited to Total Hip/Knee Replacement, ACL reconstruction, Shoulder reconstruction etc.,); sports injuries focusing on injury prevention and optimizing fast recovery and performance.

With a strong foundation in musculoskeletal, Rubab specialises in all musculoskeletal injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, management of chronic condition. Rubab has a genuine interest in formulating treatment plans for the older population and women’s health.
Rubab also posses’ expertise in teaching health science graduates in the university with several publications in women’s health and marginalised population that translates in the delivery of health care.
